Bachelor´s thesis deals with issues of labour law, specifically the creation of employment relationships. Characterizes the selected procedures and basic obligations of the employer before the commencement of employment. There is also a problem with receiving jobseekers. The employer has an interest to adopt a new employee, without significantly increasing costs. For this reason thesis will found out if the employer in entitled to one of the allowances provided by the Labour Office under an active employment policy.

The bachelor's thesis deals with issues of labor-law relations, their origin and termination. It focuses on the high fluctuation of employees in the production section and on the related costs. It also deals with problematic employees who violate legal obligations. The bachelor's thesis evaluates the current situation of the employer in the area of labor-law relations and on the basis of the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees the solutions are proposed which lead to the optimization of wage costs.

Legal regulation of whistleblowing in Czech Republic Abstract This rigorous thesis addresses the current topic of legal regulation of whistleblowing in the Czech Republic. The aim of this rigorous thesis is to provide a general insight into the issue of whistleblowing. The thesis is divided into five parts, which successively analyse the current state of legal regulation, the history of whistleblowing in the Czech Republic, and its development in an international context, the fundamental problems and challenges associated with the protection of whistleblowers, and finally, a detailed examination of the proposed new law on the protection of whistleblowers in the context of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law. In the introduction, this thesis focuses on the definition of whistleblowing, examines the history of whistleblowing in the Czech Republic and abroad, and discusses the concept of whistleblowing in the legal system. Issues of Biometric Data Processing in Employment Abstract The topic of the thesis is the Issues of Biometric Data Processing in Employment. In the context of the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and development of modern technologies, it has become an increasingly pressing problem which has to be faced by a growing number of employers, but also the European legislators. The first part of this thesis deals with the concept of biometric data and its definition. Subsequently, this thesis describes individual problems that may occur in the context of biometric data processing. These problems are embedded into the labor-law context. Further, the specific part of this thesis describes particular technologies for processing of biometric identifiers in the workplace and the means how these technologies solve or fail to solve the outlined problems of personal data protection.
